Run Workout Focus: 10K pace (50 minutes)

warm up

5 minutes

main set

  • Run 8 x 1 minute at 10K pace.
  • Allow a 2 minute recovery between efforts.
  • Following the efforts run 15 min steady in h/r zones 1 - 3 (RPE 3 - 6 using a 1 - 10 scale).

cool down

5 minute cool down jog or walk following the run.

total = 50 minutes
