Yoga, Stretch Coach
Emily got her start in gymnastics. That led to competitive cheerleading, where she won several state and national titles. After cheerleading Emily began to do yoga to keep her body in top condition.
After practicing for six years, Emily has discovered how yoga keeps the body strong and flexible. Yoga is also great for balance, lengthening muscles, reducing stress, detoxifying the body, and preventing injury. It is a great addition to any serious athlete’s routine.
In addition to teaching yoga, Emily is a Health Coach. She helps clients improve their nutrition and lifestyle to create overall better health.
Emily is teaching Stretch classes and is available for private lessons.
